ReturnOS ("we", "us") helps e-commerce brands understand why customers return products. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This document is a placeholder template — please consult legal counsel before relying on it for a production launch.
Data we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, store details), files you upload for analysis (returns data, reviews, support tickets), and standard product telemetry (page views, errors) used to improve the service.
How we use data
We use your data to generate return insights, operate the product, send transactional emails, and improve ReturnOS. We do not sell your data.
Data retention
You can request deletion of your account and uploaded data at any time by contacting support@returnos.app. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
